I started to flag it, but that's more for spam or other problematic posts. Is that still the best way to bring a thread that's in the wrong location to a moderator's attention?

On the forums front page you'll see a new forum down in the "Other Forums" section called "Trash".

Feel free to move threads and posts there if you think they violate Terms of Use, for example if they contain unprofessional behavior, advertising, or other spam. Esri Moderators will then take a look and deal with it.

Is it possible to produce a Spam thread. It would be useful for the moderators to move obvious spam posts there which can be dealt with by you people rather that getting the multiple emails suggesting threads for removal.
