Problem Logging on Redistricting Online

Whenever I try to login to the Redistricting Online site, a lot of code appears on the screen:

"The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly. The first 1024 bytes of the response were:"

Plus a bunch more.

IExplorer 8 (with and without Compatibilty View) and Firefox 3.6.10. Tried updating Flash. No dice.

Anyone encounter this (and find a solution)? Posted a note to Feedback.

Would it be possible to make the response more user-friendly when attempting to log on before the user is added to the system?
