    Hi Chris,

    The 'incompatible device' message is because your Samsung Monte Carlo Android device is equipped with ARMv6 processor and version 1.0 of the ArcGIS for Android application has been designed specifically for Android Phones equipped with ARMv7 or higher processors running OS version 2.2 or higher. http://blogs.esri.com/Dev/blogs/mobi...sed_2100_.aspx

    The Android Team is actively investigating a build for Android devices furnished with ARMv5 and ARMv6 processors. Some additional information we are gathering from Android users:
    * carrier/provider information
    * country of origin
    * is the phone rooted
    * has screen resolution been changed from standard setting

    * any customization of the device

    Thank you,
    Denise
