Question Monitoring Vehicles with Tracking Viewer for Flex 3.0

    Hi

I was just wondering if anyone out there is using the Tracking Viewer for Flex where their message feeds are coming in every 10 seconds?

We are currently setting one up and have found that when a user is monitoring a vehicle that by the time they have scrolled to the bottom of the table to review the observations attributes that the table has refreshed and moved on to the next point.

I was wondering if there was anyway to set the table to not refresh as fast. maybe create a pause button that will pause the table at that current moment in time??

    Thanks

how were you able to compile the project?
the mxml for the tracking widget references classes that are not in the trackingConnectorAPI-1.0.swc?

Regarding the question about the table update frequency in the Tracking Viewer for Flex 3.0, there are controls under the table at the bottom on the "Tracking" tab that control the rate of table refresh.

There is a check box labeled "Auto Update", which determines whether the table will be automatically refreshed at all. Unchecking this check box results in no table refreshing (or a pause in refreshing, as requested). If Auto Update is turned on, the rate of refresh can be configured to any number of seconds to meet your needs. There is also an "Update" button to perform a manual table update at any time, if manual refreshing works better than auto-refreshing for you.

Sorry I should have been more specific but the table I was talking about was on the monitoring tab, not the tracking tab.
