I'm trying to draw forest road (line shape file) by considering Digital Elevation Model (DEM).

I found the free down load software "Pegger" in Esri site. This software can work for drawing optimum forest road by considering Geography as shown in DEM

But this software could be applied to only ArcView3x.

If you have information about software or computer program drawing road considering DEM and working on ArcGIS, please let me know.
