    Default Registration Number?

    I have had to recently reinstall my ArcPad on both the PC and the Handheld unit. My question is do I place the Registration number on my units ArcPad or PC? I have had tried my ArcPad but the "OK" buttin doesn't light up. I know I have the correct code... Can any one help.....

    Hi Boyd -

    You will have to enter the code in both places -- the PC and the mobile device. I've had the same problem you are describing when I copy/paste the code into the ArcPad input box instead of actually typing it in. I've found when I type it in, it works.
