100 Meter MGRS Grids for Delaware NG

I'm trying to get 100 Meter MGRS grids to show up in Delaware. I have a NGA_US_National _Grid.shp file, but it only displays 1,000 meter grids for that area and 100 meter grids for places like Baltimore and D.C. I have also done the Grids through the data frame properties, but i cannot get it to display anything smaller than 1,000 meter grids. I put 10 tick marks between these lines to represent 100 meter grids, but i need the grids displayed. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

So, I have figured out how to represent the 100 meter boxes. I just added tick marks in the Data Frame>Grids>Properties and just made them subdivisions of 10, made the tick marks point inward, as opposed to the outside of the layout, and expanded the tick marks to go across the whole map. Then I just added "a ladder of interior labels" to help reference where you are inside the 1,000 meter box. It does the job.
