arc hydro > longest flow path tool

Anybody having any problems with the longest flow path tool in Arc 10 / Arc Hydro 2.0? It just seems to run forever. Basin and fdr both are in projected coordinate system.

I also am having issues with the Longest Flow Path in ArcHydro. I keep getting a System.InvalidCastException: Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid. ----> System.FormatException...

I have attached a screenshot of the complete error message:



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
