Viewing maps on an ipad

So I have a first generation ipad running ios 5 and I wanted to view my map on it so that I could show it to people without lugging my desktop around. But when I go to my esri online account, I can't see my uploaded maps. I can find them easily on my computer, but my ipad refuses to see it. I'm leaning towards it's a problem with my layers, but any suggestions?

Just a few questions.
What type of layers are you using? are they secured and/or behind a firewall? are you viewing them on 3G or WiFi? Can you share this webmap to me or create a group and invite mobileios to it.
