Is there a way to grab zip+4 boundary data?

Alternatively, is there any way to construct a polygon overlay for a zip+4?

I know this can be done with 5 digit zip codes, but I need to also do this for zip+4.

Thanks for your response. I actually had a phone meeting with an ESRI tech and manager a while back and I completely forgot about this thread.

I was really impressed with the wealth of features and options ESRI has to offer (including zip+4).
