ESRI maintained fields on ipad/iphone

I have a feature service layer that isn't populating objectid or globalid fields on configured pop-ups. These were orginally populating but stopped. They still populate when connected to Arcgis.com through the internet.

Do they populate once the feature has been collected and committed? Could you share the map with me and I can take a look at your map and service.

Yes, they populate when connected through the Arcgis.com website but not with the iOS App. Here is the map.

Nevermind we discovered a work around instead of using the esri fields.
