Default problem when isolating a range of pixels r from tm band 4 in raster modelling

When I reclassified the tm_4 data to isolate a range of pixel values using raster modelling (giving these pixels a value of 1 and others 0), and then applied the Euclidean distance tool, the output raster has no values (just shows 0). I could not figure it out. Can anyone of you please suggest me.
    Thanks

The question is on the wrong forum .... mods should move if you can figure out where it should go
