I would like to identify the lowst point (elevation) on a mapcontrol using visual basic 6.0
In ArcGis, the lowest point option is available within the military analyst, but how to identify the lowest point on a mapcontrol programitically?
I've developed a vb interface and provides the zooming, pan, draw polygon, full extend, but it lacks for the lowest point option
