It might be better to report this via a comment on the blog page or using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the blog page.

Perhaps it can be posted there as well, but this is the resource center forums, and that link is a resource center post, so seems to me perhaps it can be posted in both places, since otherwise there would be no need to have a resource center forum unless the forum system is there just for complaining about the color or design or functionality, and not the content. I think content is the most important reason to post to this forum category, but I can post elsewhere as well, if you think it would help. Personally, I have already downloaded the rt sdk, but figured this link should work anyways.

So, what do you do at NOAA? Is it related to Atmosphere or Oceans?

I've used the Contact Us link and usually they reply pretty quickly. It's a more proactive way to alert them to problems with links or content.

I work on the Oceans side in the Biogeography Branch, which studies the relationship between animals and the marine environment.

I have used the contact us in the past, just my first inkling is the forums.

Cool, so you do what every geographer who dives dreams about, fantastic, thanks for helping the environment.
