Does Attribute Assistant work as an editable map service?

Just wondering if the editing functionality of Attribute Assistant can be used in a web application? Can the auto-populate be used to update a feature for a web app or is it only a desktop tool

Currently the Attribute Assistant only works with ArcGIS Desktop.
