Make a grid draggable

i want to make a grid draggable all over my map.
it is possible, any idea ?

Specifically look at the Showcase gallery - http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/sil...eb/Default.htm

The showcase map and code has a DraggableWindow Class, which will allow you to wrap your grid inside the DraggableWindow and then be able to move it around.
